I find that my husband and I live many of these sunshine feelings from to day to day. We need to have breakfast in bed more often, but everything else on this list makes the cut. Those of us who live in Vero Beach will probably really connect with this article. I think this list is the root of why many live and dwell in a beach town like Vero Beach. It’s the lifestyle, sunshine and the easy living that we enjoy so much!
I hope all of you find inspiration from this list like I did even if you don’t live near the coast because these ideas aren’t just for the coastal lifestyle. It will work anywhere. If you don’t live near a beach, make sure you know where the best body of water is near you. When I lived in Iowa, I loved spending time on Clear Lake. It was about 20 minutes from my house or taking a hike along the Winnebago River which was only about 5 minutes from my house. Wherever it may be for you, be sure to take time for yourself and your family to be still, feel gratitude and get some fresh air!
